If you need more confidence and self esteem,  I have some healthy ideas to help you begin feeling feel sexy and love yourself more; if you like, you can think of them think of them as your personal beauty remedies.

Yes, please, look into the mirror and find something you like: your eyes, your hair or maybe it is your toes…There is always something you can like about yourself right now. Look at yourself and appreciate your body, your skin, your legs…. 10 years from now you will be so happy  to look the way you look now…

You can also try these affirmations from “Healthy Body Cards” by Louise Hay two-three times a day.

    hi my problem is that it’s not that i m not pretty i am actually really pretty but the cheatting of my ex… boy friends made feel really sad and i m starting to think maybe i m not pretty as much as i see my self and i really started to have a low self estime i feel fat i ve gained weight and i can’t help my self i ve tried diet’s but at some point i seemed to gain more weight i feel crapy honestly i wish i can change be more free more confident more happy, careless, independent i just don’t know what to do people tell me i m verry pretty i just don’t beleive it any more ! HELP :s:s !!!
