Natural Pumpkin Beauty Remedies Facial Mask Recipe
Anti-aging Beauty Recipe and Remedy Ingredients:
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp plain yogurt of olive oil
1/2 tsp raw honey
Mix all ingredients and apply to your neck and face. After 10 minutes, rinse with warm water.
Homemade Pumpkin Scrub Beauty Recipe and Remedy
Pumpkin scrub ingredients:
- 1/8 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/8 cup ground toasted pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
- 1 ¼ cup mineral salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon and ground clove
- Essential Oil – Mandarin Orange
- Roast the pumpkin seeds at 350 for 20 minutes or until fragrant. Once seeds are cool, put them through a spice grinder or coffee grinder. Mix the salt, seeds, and spices in a bowl.
- Alternate pumpkin pulp and oil one tablespoon at a time until you have reached the desired texture.
- Keep in a tightly covered jar, and use your pumpkin scrub when you take your next shower.
