    Ingredients
  • 2 cups kale
  • 4 leaves dandelion
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avacado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup blueberries/cacao/apple
    Directions
  1. Wash all ingredients, blend them and drink to your health at least ones a day.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or 3 tbsp Cacao Powder or 1 apple

    So what the heck is kale
    This sounds horrible with kale, cucumber, dandelion and parsley. The rest may taste ok – can we take the other ingredients in pill form?
