Are you ready to trick or treat? I would like to share with you these easy to make healthy snack recipes for Halloween which can be delicious for kids and adults at your Healthy and Happy Halloween party. Enjoy your sweet tooth on Halloween with your children and be healthy at the same time.

3 Healthy Halloween Recipes and Fall Snacks and Food Ideas

* Date, Apricot and Walnut Halloween Recipe

Ingredients:

Halloween Recipes

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • ½ pound moist pitted dates
  • ½ pound dry apricots
  • 5-7 tbsp hot water or as needed

Directions:

Blend dates and apricots in a food processor adding some water if needed, place into a bowl. Chop half the walnuts and grind the rest. Add chopped walnuts to the mix in the bowl, mix thoroughly. Make small balls (using some oil for your hands if needed) and roll each in the finely grounded walnuts.

* Stuffed Prune Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Pitted moist prunes as many as you want
  • Chopped walnuts
  • 2-3 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

Fill every prune with a piece of walnut. Place stuffed prunes on the plate and top each with sour cream.

* Stuffed Date Recipe

Ingredients:Halloween Recipes

  • Dates
  • Almond butter
  • Almonds

Directions:

Remove pits with a knife. Fill slit with some almond butter and press in 1 whole almond.
