Healthy and Easy to Make Dessert Recipe for Swimsuit Season

Are you enjoying swimsuit season?  Do you like cooking? I would like to share with you one of my favorite healthy dessert recipes you can enjoy to lose weight naturally, get more energy, boost immune system, improve digestion, reduce inflammation (Manganese, B1, antioxidants, bromelain) and to enjoy while using summer beauty remedies. Make this grilled dessert with pineapple even if cooking is not your cup of tea.

Lose Weight Naturally During Swimsuit Season with a Honeysuckle Pineapple Summer DessertEat and Lose Weight with Pineapple Dessert Recipes

Ingredients

  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cherry brandy
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

To marinate: combine honey, brandy and lemon juice in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Mix together and add pineapple; coat well with marinade mixture. Cover dish and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate.

Remove pineapple from dish or bowl, discarding any leftover marinade. Place pineapple wedges directly on rack or in a basket and grill for about 10 minutes, turning, until pineapple is hot and caramelized.
